Tender Description
605 Regional Workshop EME Nowshera invites bids for the procurement of paint and expendable store items for the fiscal year 2026/27 covering Peshawar Zone and 11 Corps. Interested firms are required to obtain a detailed itemized list from the Local Purchase Office at 605 Regional Workshop EME Nowshera by bringing a blank CD for collection. Samples of the items are available for inspection on any working day prior to the tender opening date.

- Expendable store items (detailed list to be collected from Local Purchase Office)
The procurement will follow a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b), with separate technical and financial proposals. Rates quoted must be valid until 30 June 2027 and inclusive of all applicable government taxes such as GST and Income Tax. Firms must quote rates in Pakistani Rupees and specify the condition of items (brand new, rebuilt, refurbished, etc.) along with country of origin and brand details.
Eligibility criteria include registration with MI Directorate GHQ or other defense organizations, submission of relevant experience certificates, financial capacity proof, agency agreements, and compliance with technical specifications. Earnest money of Rs. 3000/- per tender is required via pay order or deposit at the time of submission. Technical proposals will be opened at 1100 hours on 10 November 2026, followed by commercial opening for technically qualified firms.
The consignee will be 605 Regional Workshop EME Nowshera and its detachments at Nowshera, Dera Ismail Khan, Kohat, Peshawar, and Bannu. Additional freight charges may apply for deliveries beyond 200 KM from Nowshera.
Bidders are advised to carefully study the specifications and submit complete and signed quotations on proper letterhead. Any cutting or overwriting in quotations may lead to rejection. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
For clarifications, contact the Local Purchase Officer at 0331-7008155 during working hours. Submission of bids must be in sealed envelopes marked 'Technical Proposal' and 'Financial Proposal' and dropped in the tender box before 1030 hours on 10 November 2026.
