Complete Repair of 200 KVA and 100 KVA Damaged Transformers, Toners, Printronix Ribbon (P-7220) Supply

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites eligible bidders registered on the EPADs 2.0 system and with the FBR Sales Tax Department and Active Taxpayers List (ATL) to submit e-bids for the repair and supply of electrical and office items in Quetta. The tenders are divided into two categories: manufacturers for transformer repairs and suppliers/distributors for consumables. Items being procured: - Complete Repair of 200 KVA Damaged Transformers (20 units) - Complete Repair of 100 KVA Damaged Transformers (40 units) - Toners (quantity as per bidding documents) - Printronix Ribbon (P-7220) (400 units) The repair works must comply with WAPDA Specification No. DDS-84:2020. Bidders must be registered with PPMC (formerly PEPCO) Lahore, any DISCO, or NGC (formerly NTDC) for transformer repair tenders. Only e-bids will be accepted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal 2.0. Bid security in the form of an original Bank Guarantee or CDR must be submitted to the Manager Material Management at QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road, Quetta, before the closing date and time. Tenders will be opened on a Single Stage One Envelope basis at the office of the Manager (MM) QESCO Quetta at Chief Executive office Zarghoon Road Quetta Cantt in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids and those without original bid security will be rejected. QESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(i).
