Repair & Maintenance Services for Biomedical Equipment Installed in Ambulances (Framework Contract) Fiscal Year 2026-2027

Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal for the repair and maintenance services of biomedical equipment installed in ambulances under a framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027 in Karachi, Sindh. This contract is valid for one year with possible extension based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - AED Machines: diagnosis, repair of electronic circuits, replacement of connectors, cables, switches, charging circuits, and functional testing - Patient Monitors: repair of display screens, PCBs, power supply circuits, connectors, buttons, and functional testing of ECG, SpO₂, NIBP, temperature parameters - Ventilators: repair and replacement of turbine/blower assemblies, electronic circuits, control panels, connectors, wiring, sensors, and functional verification - Autoclaves: inspection and repair of heating elements, temperature control circuits, sensors, switches, control panels, and safety testing The scope includes inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, testing, and functional verification of biomedical equipment used in ambulances, stations, and healthcare facilities. Repairs must use compatible, good-quality components ensuring equipment is returned to safe and functional condition. Eligible bidders must be registered with federal or provincial tax authorities, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and not blacklisted. Bid security of PKR 100,000 is required. The contract will be awarded based on lowest evaluated responsive bid. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required upon award.
