Tender Description
The Gun and Country Club Islamabad has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The club intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the 'Pergola Furniture' with reference number P125710.
The Gun and Country Club Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods described in the bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the authority.
Items being procured:
- Pergola Furniture
Bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Auction System (EPADS) portal. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, October 2, 2026, 03:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submission of bids is not allowed. Those not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 may register themselves online.
Eligibility includes compliance with PEC categories if applicable, valid FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as per bidding documents.
The submission address is the Secretary, Gun and Country Club Islamabad, Adjacent Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.
