Procurement of Photocopiers by Punjab Healthcare Commission

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Photocopiers from eligible bidders including firms, companies, and suppliers engaged in said supplies and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage One Envelope procedures. Items being procured: - Photocopiers Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 3rd September 2026 at 14:00 hours. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 50,000, to be submitted or transferred online against PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA directions. Late bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Punjab Healthcare Commission between 20th August 2026 and 2nd September 2026, from 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Bid validity is 120 days. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Healthcare Commission website www.phc.org.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to enhance or reduce the quantity or reject any bid or proposal as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the online submission process and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
