Procurement of Plant and Machinery for DHQ Hospital Matiari

All equipment must comply with international standards such as IEC, ISO, and ASME. Generators should have genuine engines like Perkins or Cummins and high-quality alternators. RO plants must meet WHO water quality standards with pre-filtration and UV sterilization. The bidder is responsible for all civil, electrical, and plumbing works required for installation. Final acceptance requires a successful 72-hour load test verified by the hospital's technical committee. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income and Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) where applicable, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant categories ME-01 or ME-03. Bidders must have experience with at least three similar government sector projects and maintain an active tax status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). ISO 9001:2015 certification and availability of a service center in Sindh (Karachi or Hyderabad) are also required. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 non-refundable, and a bid security of 2.5% of the bid value must be submitted via Pay Order or Demand Draft.
