Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Plastic Roll 63 Inches in Tube Shape with a quantity of 150 reels. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement is specific to Karachi, Sindh, and managed by the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement).

- Plastic Roll 63 Inches in Tube Shape (Quantity: 150 reels)
The plastic rolls must conform to the sample available for inspection at the reception of PSPC. Bidders are required to provide a sample at the time of bid opening; failure to do so will result in immediate rejection of the bid. The delivery schedule is 30 days from the date of contract award, with delivery location at Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, Jinnah Avenue Malir Halt, Karachi.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR (NTN/GSTN) and compliance with all bidding document requirements. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 before the deadline of Friday, August 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
