Procurement of Pots of Different Sizes on Annual Framework Contract Basis FY:2026-27 for Horticulture Agency Lahore

Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms, general order suppliers, dealers, importers registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable through open competitive bidding for the procurement of pots of different sizes on an annual framework contract basis for FY:2026-27. Items being procured: - Earthen pots 14 inch size dia - Earthen pots 18 inch size dia Peshawari - Plastic pots 4 - Plastic pot 10 - Plastic pot 12 - Plastic pot 14 hanging - Cement Planters round shape 24 dia, 21 inch depth, 1 inch wall width with concrete crush (chips) matuial and iron steel - Cement Planters round shape 20 dia, 21 inch depth, 1 inch wall width with concrete crush (chips) matuial and iron steel - Rectangular Shape cemented Planter (Kiyari Shape) 4 feet length, 1 inch width, 1.5 feet depth, four corner feet, planter 3 inch above ground level, material grey cement and iron steel The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure basis. Lot-wise lowest rates shall be accepted through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). E-Bids must be submitted by 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Interested eligible bidders can participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The successful bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the bidding documents and respond to any clarifications through the e-Procurement System within the stipulated time. Lot-wise sample submission is mandatory and will be evaluated by the technical committee. Items shall be supplied at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office located at Jail Road Lahore as per the stipulated time period mentioned in the purchase order. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms shall be opened as per PPRA rules. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the submission deadline and not wait for the last date and time to upload the bid. Bid submission on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal shall be the responsibility of the bidder. Horticulture Agency Lahore shall not be held responsible for any issue thereof. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure early submission of bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal to avoid last-minute technical issues and to carefully prepare lot-wise samples as these are mandatory and evaluated technically.
