Procurement of Power Driven Trolley and ITD Qual Spares by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration for two separate procurements: Procurement of Power Driven Trolley and Procurement of ITD Qual Spares. Both tenders require separate bids with technical and commercial offers submitted in single envelopes for each tender. The procurements are on FOR basis with delivery at GF, HIT Taxila. Items being procured: - Power Driven Trolley (Qty: 1) with specifications including 8 ton load capacity, lithium-ion dry battery with charger, 4 wheels, bed size approx 8x4 ft, battery capacity for 4-5 hours operation, speed limit ≤20 kmph, fast charger with cutoff, 24-48V voltage, rail track wheels, DC electric motor, remote control operation, battery life ≥5000 cycles, VFD for speed control, manual gear engage system, made in Pakistan, outer width 850 mm, inner width 600 mm, track slot width 60 mm. - ITD Qual Spares including WA321C/10-03 Contact Holder (20 Nos), 00-2WA319 Screw (20 Nos), WA321C/21-75 Retainer (20 Nos), Muzzle Cover (20 Nos), Rubber Cover (20 Nos). The procurement process follows PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Bidders must submit bids by 14 September 2026 at 10:30 hours at Tender Box Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security/Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, OEM trade links, and non-blacklisting certificates. Firms must comply with mandatory conditions and submit all required documents as per the Standard Bidding Document. Delivery period for the trolley is 4 months after contract signing; for spares, 2 months. Technical specifications and evaluation criteria are detailed in the bidding documents. Payment terms include 100% payment within one month of delivery upon submission of required documents. Warranty of 12 months applies with performance bank guarantees. HIT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
