Procurement of PPE Items for Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P92767 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement follows a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique with a single stage two envelope bidding process. Bidders must submit a complete sample of the offered equipment for technical evaluation and provide all required documentation including company registration, GST registration, bid security, and non-blacklisting certificate.
