Procurement of Pressing Facility for Bulk Production

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of a pressing facility for bulk production. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Pressing Facility for Bulk Production as detailed in Appendix-I to Annexure 'A'. The delivery period is six months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT, attested registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copy of the Managing Director, trade link documents with OEM if acting as distributor or agent, a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or a defaulter, details of contracts or work experience with government or semi-government organizations for the last three years, and a postal order of Rs 2,000 in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management, HIT Taxila.
