Procurement of Printing Services for Credit Manuals

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Head Office Islamabad, a Public Sector Bank, invites electronic bids on PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 from interested firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments who are on FBR Active Taxpayers List for procurement of printing services for credit manuals. Items being procured: - Printing services for credit manuals The bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules (PPRA Rules) 2004 36(a). Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. The bidding document price is Rs. 2,000/-. The document can also be downloaded free of cost from the ZTBL website (www.ztbl.com.pk) and from PPRA EPAD System Version 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Bidders must submit electronic bids through PPRA EPAD System version 2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. However, original bid security and original affidavits as required in the bid document must be delivered to ZTBL at the address below before bid submission closing date and time. Bids must be submitted through EPADS as per the schedule. Bid submission date and time is 28 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bid opening date and time is 28 August 2026 at 11:30 AM. The notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS & ZTBL Website. Interested bidders should ensure they are registered with FBR and Sales Tax Departments and comply with all eligibility criteria including earnest money and bid security requirements. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and submit bids electronically on time. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of original bid security and affidavits physically at the ZTBL Head Office before the closing time to avoid disqualification.
