Tender Description
The District Social Welfare Department in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting bids for the procurement of various tools and equipment to support local business and vocational training initiatives. This tender is issued under the KPPRA Act 2014 and requires strict compliance with all bidding conditions including submission of Earnest Money in the form of CDR. Items being procured:

The procurement covers a wide range of tools and equipment aimed at enhancing vocational skills and supporting small enterprises. The technical scope includes supply of quality tools suitable for printing, steel fabrication, barbering, grocery management, motorcycle mechanics, mechanical works, solar installation, beauty parlour services, and oil extraction machinery. The site of delivery and use is within the Kohat district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and possess relevant PEC categories where applicable. Experience in supplying similar vocational tools and equipment will be advantageous. The tender requires submission of bids through the EPADs portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on 11-08-2026, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. An 8% income tax deduction will be applicable on payments. Bidders should ensure all documents including judicial e-stamp papers and affidavits are complete and valid.
