Procurement of Protection Relays, Power Transformer Spare Parts and 11kV Auto/Manual Change-Over Panel

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of electrical goods planned for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes protection relays, power transformer spare parts, and an 11kV auto/manual change-over panel. Items being procured: - Under Frequency Relays - Distance Relay 5A 110V - DC Supervision Relay 110-VDC - Three Phase 220 VDC Battery Charger - LV Bushes for 40 MVA, 132/11.5kV Power Transformer (Different Make) - Buchholtz Relay for 40 MVA, 132/11.5kV Power Transformer (Different Make) - Bimetallic Plate for 40 MVA, 132/11.5kV Power Transformer - LV Clamps for 40 MVA, 132/11.5kV Power Transformer (Different Make) - 11KV Bus Bar Pipe Clamp 40MVA Power Transformer - 11KV Bus Bar Pipe Clamp 20/26MVA Power Transformer - 11kV, 630A, 25KA Auto/Manual Change-Over Panel The technical scope covers supply of high-quality electrical protection relays and spare parts suitable for power transformers and battery chargers, ensuring reliable operation of PESCO's electrical infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar, is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained. The original bid security along with a covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time. Bids will be opened on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the new EPADS v2.0 platform and carefully follow the bid security submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
