Supply of Testing Equipment for Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO)

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers for supply of specialized testing equipment. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be delivered free of cost at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad, Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Relay Test Set (Qty: 01) - CT/PT Analyzer (Qty: 03) - DC HiPot Test Set (Qty: 02) - Winding Resistance Test Set (Qty: 02) - Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer (SFRA) (Qty: 02) The equipment must originate from USA, Europe, Japan, or equivalent countries. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related guidelines. Bidders must provide a bid security of PKR 2.175 million in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids without valid bid security or incomplete documentation will be rejected. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be accepted. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit bids electronically before the deadline. The bid opening date and time is 09-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must remain valid for 150 days with bid guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The required delivery period is 180 days from purchase order issuance.
