Delivery is expected within 2 months after contract signing, with installation, commissioning, and training included. Bidders must comply with mandatory conditions including submission of bid security in the form of CDR, BD, or PO, and provide all required documentation such as NTN certificates, registration letters, audit reports, and CNIC copies. Eligibility criteria require firms to be free from blacklisting, have valid registrations, and demonstrate past performance and financial soundness.
