Supply of Committed Information Rate (CIR) Internet Connectivity Service

The University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed tenders from registered and well-reputed vendors for the supply of Committed Information Rate (CIR) Internet Connectivity Service. This service requires vendors to have a valid and operational LL license with Commencement Letter, OFC expertise throughout Fiber connectivity, and own Static IP pool. Items being procured: - Committed Information Rate (CIR) Internet Connectivity Service The tender document detailing specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Treasurer UoK upon payment of a non-refundable Rs. 10,000/- in the form of Bank Challan, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK, AJ&K. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Financial proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 800,000/- in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order favoring the Treasurer UoK. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on F.O.R UoK basis and remain valid for 120 days. All applicable government taxes will be deducted at payment time. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The last date for bid submission is 04-11-2026 before 11:00 a.m. at the office of Treasurer UoK. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Treasurer Office of UoK, Kotli. Bidders are advised to ensure their bids comply fully with the tender requirements and submit all necessary documents timely.
