Supply of GPU Server for Directorate-General Monitoring & Evaluation Punjab

The Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab, through its Directorate-General Monitoring & Evaluation, invites bids for the supply of a GPU Server. This procurement is specifically for the Directorate-General Monitoring & Evaluation located in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement process will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Items being procured: - GPU Server with an estimated price of Rs. 60,000,000 The bidding will follow the Open Competitive Bidding method with a Single Stage-Two Envelopes (SSTE) procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers registered with relevant authorities including tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1,200,000, to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial proposals must be complete, signed, and stamped, submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 30th October 2026 by 10:30 A.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must be attached with the bids. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
