Bahria University Islamabad Campus invites sealed bids for the supply of 25 WXGA Multimedia Projectors for its halls and computer labs located at Sector E-8, Shangrilla Road, Islamabad. The procurement is managed by the university's procurement office and bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal only. The supply must be completed, tested, and accepted within 30 days after the issue of the purchase order. Bidders must provide bid security of Rs. 157,825 in the form of an irrevocable, en-cashable call deposit receipt, bank draft, or pay order in the name of Bahria University. Personal cheques are not acceptable. The bid security is refundable and must be collected by the bidder or authorized representative from the procurement office. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years experience in similar projects, valid NTN, Sales Tax, Income Tax certificates, FBR tax returns for the last year, and an affidavit confirming the bidder is not blacklisted by any government organization. Bidders must also submit company profile, experience certificates, infrastructure details, financial audit reports, and product brochures/catalogues.
