Procurement of Rack Mount Servers with Accessories and Installation

The OEM must have a minimum of 10 years in business, provide nationwide support including Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi, and commit to next business day spare parts delivery in Islamabad. Installation and configuration must be performed by certified engineers. Firmware and software updates must be proactively managed during the warranty period. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Original bid security in the form of a Pay Order must be submitted physically to PRAL's office in Islamabad before the deadline.
