Procurement of Raw Material for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Raw Material as per Annexure 'A' with quantity and specifications detailed therein. The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link certificates with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or debarment, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
