Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Roller Washing Solution with a total quantity of 1500 liters. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Items being procured:
- Roller Washing Solution (Qty: 1500 Ltr, Make: SAPHIRA, CREST, DSC, DYNA or equivalent; packing size: 25 liters per can)
The technical specifications require the solution to be of general purpose cleaners category, with mandatory sample submission at the time of bid opening; failure to provide a sample will result in bid rejection. Delivery is expected within 30 days to the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation premises located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi.
Eligible bidders include individuals, companies, firms, and public or semi-public agencies registered with relevant authorities such as FBR and NADRA. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must submit bids in English and comply with all bidding document requirements including bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee.
The bid submission deadline is Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and ensure timely submission. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
