Procurement of Sanitation and Cleanliness Consumables for FJWU Hostel

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of sanitation and cleanliness consumables for the FJWU Hostel from economically sound and established parties. Items being procured: - Sanitation consumables - Cleanliness consumables The procurement is for the supply of consumable items to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the university hostel. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be active tax filers. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees with GST indicated separately where applicable. The quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days and can be extended for another 30 days. The university reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals without justification. Bidders are required to submit two bid securities each amounting to 2% of the total estimated price in favor of 'Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi'. E-bids without the required earnest money will not be entertained. The total estimated cost is Rs. 1,531,552/- with a bid security of Rs. 30,631/-. All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Bidders should upload their bids on the e-portal well before the deadline and not wait for the last moment. Bids submitted by any other means will be rejected. Tender documents, detailed terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the university website. The evaluation will be based on technical compliance and the lowest evaluated bid will be accepted. Interested parties may submit their e-bids till 1100 hours on 1st September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. If the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered.
