Procurement of Server, Standards Materials & Books at Research & Development and Training Centre of Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) invites sealed proposals via EPADS from reputable firms and suppliers for the procurement of essential items at its Research & Development and Training Centre located in Gujranwala. The procurement includes three main lots: - Lot-A: Procurement of Reference Standard & Specifications for Materials and Products - Lot-B: Supply of Server Computer - Lot-C: Supply of Library System (Books and Journals) Each lot requires adherence to tender documents specifying quantity and technical details. Bidders must have adequate past experience and comply with all financial and technical requirements. The tender document can be obtained on payment of PKR 5,000 per lot (non-refundable) via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of "Made in Gujranwala Expo 2019" at the National Bank of Pakistan, Satellite Town Branch Gujranwala. Bids will be processed under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Total bid security or bank guarantee must be 2% of the quoted amount. All bidders must be registered with FBR for Income, PRA, and Sales Tax. The bid amount should include all applicable government taxes. Technical proposals will be opened on 11th November 2026 at 11:00 am via EPADS, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. Interested bidders should apply only through EPADS.
