Procurement of Services for Appointment of Statutory Auditors/Chartered Accountants for FY 2026-27

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of services for the appointment of Statutory Auditors/Chartered Accountants for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the budget for FY 2026-27 and aims to engage qualified auditors to ensure compliance and financial integrity for PESCO in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Services for appointment of Statutory Auditors/Chartered Accountants for FY 2026-27 The scope includes providing statutory audit services in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Bidders must be registered Chartered Accountants firms with relevant experience and valid PEC and FBR/ATL registration. A bid security as described in the bidding documents must accompany all bids, submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, favoring CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated accordingly. The deadline for bid submission is Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 are advised to register promptly.
