Procurement of Single Phase AMI Energy Meters

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring Single Phase AMI Energy Meters for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement involves supply of 16,000 units of static single phase 2-wire, 240V, 10/40Amp, 50Hz AMI smart energy meters with accuracy class 1.0 (kWh). The meters include programmable features, remote disconnect/reconnect relay, and PTA compliant 4G communication modules with backward compatibility to 2G. The contract also covers supply, installation, and configuration of MDC software/driver/HES as per latest WAPDA/NTDC/PPMC specifications. The meters must conform to NTDC specifications DDS:110:2012, DDS:98:2011, DDS:65:2003, all amended to date. Financial capacity requires an average annual turnover in the last two years equal or greater than the bid price and net financial resources at least 50% of contract value.
