Procurement of Slush Machine

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from original manufacturers or authorized exclusive distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan for the procurement of a Slush Machine. Bidders must be registered with the income tax and sales tax departments or authorities. The bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA-2014. Items being procured: - Slush Machine (Qty: 01) Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website and other official portals. Bids must be submitted online on or before 15-October-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Hard copies are not required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
