Procurement of Smart Interactive Panels, SMD Displays and AV Systems for University of Education Lahore

The University of Education Lahore invites bids for procurement of Smart Interactive Panels, SMD Displays and Audio Visual Systems on LOT wise basis. The bidding is open to firms/companies/sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Indoor SMD LED Display Screen with UPS - Lot 2: 98" Smart Interactive Panels with Conference System, Auto Framing Camera and UPS - Lot 3: 98" Smart Interactive Panels with Auto Framing Camera - Lot 4: Public Address (PA) and Sound Systems - Lot 5: 86" Smart Interactive Panels with OPS - Lot 6: 65" Smart Interactive Panels with OPS The procurement will be conducted through e-Procurement under PPRA Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered and eligible under PPRA rules and submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPI). Bids must be accompanied by a 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. The bidder shall upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with the bid documents. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage without assigning reason. The tender opening date and time is 05-11-2026 at 11:00 AM, with the closing date and time for submission at 05-11-2026 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and submit their proposals timely through the official e-Procurement portal. The bid validity period is 90 days.
