Tender Description
The Directorate of Public Relations Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply and installation of sound and video equipment in official vehicles. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, and all interested parties are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids before the deadline of 03-11-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office in Muzaffarabad.

The technical scope includes the complete installation and commissioning of both sound and video systems in three official vehicles, as listed above. All equipment must be of high quality and suitable for official use, ensuring reliable performance for public relations activities. Suppliers must provide all necessary accessories and ensure proper integration with the vehicles.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and be active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). An earnest money deposit of Rs. 3,00,000 in the form of a call deposit in favor of Director Public Relations is mandatory. Bids without the required earnest money will not be considered. The successful bidder will be required to complete the installation as per the department's specifications and within the stipulated timeframe.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the undersigned by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
A practical tip: Ensure your bid includes all supporting documents, including proof of tax registration and previous relevant experience, to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
