The procurement includes the following items: - Desktop Computer core i7 HP Desktop Computer Core i7 14th Gen, 32GB, 1TB Nvme, Windows-11, Built in Mic, Speaker, Wifi Card with 27" Monitor (HP 527sh) and wireless Keyboard/ Mouse (Qty: 3) - HP Color LaserJet printer HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP 3303sdw, All in One Duplex Laser Printer (Print, Copy, Scan, Wireless, ADF) (Qty: 2) - Laptop HP Laptop (16 GB RAM, 512 Nvme, Core i7, 14th Gen) (Qty: 2) - Audio Video Conference Room System with screen sharing Audio Video Conferencing Solution (Lenovo or equivalent) (Qty: 1) The technical scope requires standard warranty and compliance with tender documents. Delivery is to be made at NRTC Haripur. The tender process will be conducted through EPADS 2.0 version. Bidders must be active taxpayers and provide a bid security of Rs 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. Financial health documents (Ref Form #4) must be attached.
