Tender Description
Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Pvt) Limited Lahore invites E-Bids on Lot basis from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers including joint ventures if applicable, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Bidders must submit E-bids separately for each Lot as contracts will be awarded individually. The bidding follows a single stage two envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Teams (35 firm + up to 15 optional licenses) with NCE Annual Commitment (1 year)
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Plan 1) (35 firm + up to 15 optional licenses) with NCE Annual Commitment (1 year)
- Office 365 E3 with Teams (3 firm + up to 5 optional licenses) with NCE Annual Commitment (1 year)
- Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams (5 firm + up to 15 optional licenses) with Annual subscription (1 year)
The procurement covers software licenses with annual commitments and subscriptions, suitable for enterprise use. The licenses include Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Office 365 E3, and Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams. The quantities include firm and optional licenses to accommodate varying needs.
Bidders must provide bid security as specified: Rs. 50,000 for Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Defender, and Rs. 12,000 for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Pvt) Limited and attached with the Technical Bid in PDF format.
