Procurement of Solar Plates 180 Watts and Solar Street Lights 500 Watts for Distribution in Union Councils of Taluka Ubauro District Ghotki

The District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo invites bids for the procurement of Solar Plates 180 Watts and Solar Street Lights 500 Watts for distribution among underprivileged persons in the Union Councils 01 Reti, 02 Jhangal Malik, 03 Likpur, and 04 Soi-Shareef of Taluka Ubauro, District Ghotki. Items being procured: - Solar Plates 180 Watt (600 units) - Solar Street Lights 500 Watt with Pipe Bend (200 units) The solar plates are monocrystalline type with efficiency rates between 18% and 24%, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, and a lifespan warranty of 25 years. The solar street lights are 500W LED, solar-powered with 12V DC, IP67 waterproof rating, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, 50,000 hours LED lifespan, and automatic day-night operation. The procurement is under the recurring budget of the District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo. Bidders must be registered with PEC (where applicable), FBR (NTN), Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and hold a valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Sindh. Experience of at least 5 years in similar supply contracts is mandatory, with at least one contract of 80% value or two contracts of 50% value of the estimated cost completed in the last five years. The average annual turnover for the last five years should be equivalent to the bid cost. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Government e-Procurement Portal (EPADS) at www.sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. The original tender fee of Rs. 2000/- and bid security must be delivered to the procurement agency before the bid submission deadline. The bid validity period is 90 days. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents at the Office of the District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo. The delivery period for the goods is 24 months from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order.
