Items being procured: - Solar Plates 180 Watt (Monocrystalline type with efficiency rates of 18% to 24%, operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, 25 to 30 years lifespan, anodized aluminum frame, load resistance up to 2400 Pa wind and 5400 Pa snow load, dark black or deep blue cell color) - Solar Street Lights 500 Watt with Pipe Bend (all-in-one outdoor lighting system, 12V DC solar-powered, IP67 waterproof rating, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, 50,000-hour LED lifespan, automatic day-night operation, cool white light color, mounting for pole or wall installation) The technical scope requires suppliers to provide equipment that meets the specified technical standards and durability for outdoor use in the local climate. Delivery and installation will be managed by the supplier within 24 months from the issuance of the purchase order. The supplier must ensure warranty coverage and availability status of the items. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration (where applicable), active NTN and SRB registration, valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Sindh, and at least five years of relevant experience.
