Procurement of Solar Plates 180 Watts and Solar Street Lights 500 Watts for Distribution in Union Councils Band, Chandia, Kundriwala and Khambhra of Taluka Ubauro District Ghotki

The District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo invites bids for the procurement of Solar Plates 180 Watts and Solar Street Lights 500 Watts for distribution among underprivileged persons in Union Councils 01 Band, 02 Chandia, 03 Kundriwala, and 04 Khambhra of Taluka Ubauro District Ghotki. This procurement is aimed at providing renewable energy solutions to improve living standards in the specified areas. Items being procured: - Solar Plates 180 Watt Monocrystalline type with efficiency rates of 18% to 24%, operating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C, lifespan of 25 to 30 years, anodized aluminum frame, load resistance up to 2400 Pa wind and 5400 Pa snow load, voltage varying from 12V to 45V+ per panel. - Solar Street Lights 500 Watt LED with 12V DC solar-powered design, IP67 waterproof rating, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, 50,000-hour LED lifespan, automatic day-night operation, cool white/daylight color, charging time 6 to 8 hours, working time 10 to 12 hours, pole or wall-mounted installation. The technical scope includes supply and installation of high-quality solar energy equipment meeting specified standards and warranty requirements. The delivery location is the Store Section, District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo, with a delivery period of 24 months from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 5 years of relevant experience, valid PEC registration where applicable, active NTN and SRB registration, valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Sindh, and financial soundness demonstrated by audited reports and bank certificates. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory, along with a tender fee of Rs. 2000/- payable via pay order. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Sindh Government e-Procurement Portal (EPADS) with original tender fee and bid security delivered to the procurement agency before the deadline.
