Tender Description
The District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo invites bids for the procurement of solar energy equipment specifically aimed at supporting underprivileged persons in the Union Councils of Loni, Keenjhar, Lal Pitafi, Dad Leghri, and Sanko within Taluka Daharki, District Ghotki. This procurement includes the supply of high-quality solar plates and solar street lights designed to provide sustainable energy solutions in the region.
Items being procured:
- Solar Plates 180 Watt, Monocrystalline type with efficiency rates of 18% to 24%, operating temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C, lifespan of 25 to 30 years, anodized aluminum frame, and load resistance up to 2400 Pa wind and 5400 Pa snow load, quantity 750 units
- Solar Street Lights 500 Watt LED with pipe bend, featuring 12V DC solar-powered design, IP67 waterproof rating, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, 50,000-hour LED lifespan, automatic day-night operation, suitable for pole or wall mounting, quantity 250 units
The technical scope requires bidders to supply equipment that meets the specified technical standards and durability suitable for the local climate and usage conditions. The delivery location is the Store Section of District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo, with a delivery period of 24 months from the issuance of the purchase order.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration where applicable, active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, a minimum of five years relevant experience, valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Sindh, and financial soundness demonstrated by audited reports and bank certificates.
