Procurement of Solar Plates 180 Watts and Solar Street Lights 500 Watts for Distribution in Union Councils of Taluka Ghotki District Ghotki

The District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo invites bids for the procurement of Solar Plates 180 Watts and Solar Street Lights 500 Watts for distribution among underprivileged persons in the following Union Councils: 01 Qadirpur, 02 Sundrani, 03 Wasti Qutub Din Shah, 04 Bagho Daho, and 05 Wagni of Taluka Ghotki District Ghotki. Items being procured: - Solar Plates 180 Watt (Monocrystalline type with efficiency rates of 18% to 24%, operating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C, lifespan 25 to 30 years, anodized aluminum frame, load resistance up to 2400 Pa wind / 5400 Pa snow load) quantity 750 - Solar Street Lights 500 Watt with Pipe Bend (12V DC solar-powered, IP67 waterproof, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, 50,000-hour LED lifespan, automatic day-night operation) quantity 250 The technical scope includes supply and installation of high-efficiency solar panels and LED street lighting systems suitable for outdoor use with robust weather resistance and long service life. The delivery location is the Store Section, District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo. The delivery period is within 24 months from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 5 years of relevant experience, valid PEC registration with specialization in solar energy or electrical works, a valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Sindh, registration with FBR (NTN) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and an average annual turnover equivalent to the bid cost over the last five financial years. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory, submitted in the form of pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Government e-Procurement Portal (EPADS). The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids will be opened at the Office of the District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo on the specified dates. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended).
