The delivery location is the Store Section, District Council Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo, with a delivery period of 24 months from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 5 years of relevant experience, valid PEC registration with specialization in solar or electrical works, valid Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Sindh, registration with FBR (NTN) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and an average annual turnover equivalent to the bid cost over the last five financial years.
