Procurement of Spares as per Annexure A

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Spares as per Annexure 'A' (quantity and details as per annexure) The procurement involves supply of spares with delivery within 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link evidence between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or suspension, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The last date for collection and submission of tenders is 11 November 2026, with opening at 1100 hours on the same day.
