Rehabilitation and Upgradation of Bed Stretcher Lifts and Replacement of Lift Parts at Capital Hospital CDA Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Mechanical Division-II Islamabad invites bids electronically through the EPAD system for important electrical and mechanical works at Capital Hospital CDA Islamabad. The procurement is conducted under National Competitive Bidding on a percentage basis with a single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License with appropriate category and codes (ME-03) and an Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad. NTN and GST registration with FBR are mandatory. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Up-Gradation of 02 No's Bed Stretcher Lifts installed at Emergency Block Capital Hospital Islamabad - Providing Replacement of Lift Parts installed at Block # 06 Capital Hospital CDA Islamabad The scope includes rehabilitation and upgradation of bed stretcher lifts and replacement of lift parts at the specified hospital blocks. Bidders must provide bid security/earnest money in the form of a deposit at call (CDR) from a local bank in favor of the Deputy Director, Mechanical Division-II CDA. An undertaking on stamp paper attested by a notary public is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD system before the closing date and time. No hard or manual bids will be accepted. Detailed bidding documents including bidding data, terms and conditions, and BOQ are available on the EPAD portal. Eligibility criteria require firms to have relevant experience and at least 03 No. of work orders in the last two financial years uploaded on the EPAD website. Bids will be opened on the EPAD system in the presence of procurement committee members and bidders or their representatives. CDA reserves the right to reject any bid or proposal as per PPRA rules. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be retained and released after acceptance of the bid.
