Procurement of Spares for Repair / Rebuild / Refurbishment of Tr APC

Heavy Industries Limited (HIL) Commercial Directorate invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of spares required for the repair, rebuild, and refurbishment of Tr APC. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Spares for Repair / Rebuild / Refurbishment of Tr APC The delivery period is 45 days after signing of the contract. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be collected from the Commercial Directorate, HIL Taxila Cantt. Interested bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, indexation letter issued by HIL, attested registration certificate from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, CNIC of MD, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statement for last year, trade link certificate with OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs. 100 attested by Oath Commissioner, and proof that the firm is not blacklisted or defaulter by any government organization. Also required is a list of contracts for last 3 years and registration letter with government or semi-government organizations if any. A payment of Rs. 3000/- will be deposited with the tendering cell for collection of standard bidding documents. Bid security and performance bank guarantee are required as per bidding documents. Tender opening will be held in the tender room of the Commercial Directorate in the presence of firm representatives. The tender submission deadline is 27 August 2026 at 1030 hrs, with opening at 1100 hrs the same day.
