Procurement of Specialized Paint and Accessories

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Specialized Paint and Accessories as per list, quantity 15 units The delivery period is 15 working days after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for one year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director must be provided. Trade link certificates between the firm and OEM are required for distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended is also necessary. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years with government or semi-government organizations must be included. A postal order of Rs 2,000 should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 17 November 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
