Procurement of Split Air Conditioners for State Life, Gujrat Zone

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Gujrat Zone, invites sealed bids for the procurement of split air conditioners under Tender No. HR&A/GRT/01/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of **Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. The bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM. Items being procured: - 12 units of 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioners (Inverter T3, wall mounted, heat & cool, 10 years compressor warranty) - 12 units of 2.0 Ton Floor Standing Air Conditioners (Inverter T3, heat & cool, 10 years compressor warranty) - Installation and accessories for the above AC units including copper pipes, electric cables, circuit breakers, refrigerant gas, power plugs, PVC ducts, and iron stands as per detailed specifications The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of brand new inverter series air conditioners with specified warranties and accessories. Installation will be at the State Life Building, G.T Road, Gujrat. The supplier is responsible for all labor, materials, and carriage charges. A maintenance period of 6 months after completion is included. Site visit is mandatory. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 5 years of relevant experience, valid FBR registration, and to submit earnest money of Rs. 200,000/- as bid security. Performance guarantee of 5% of evaluated cost will be required from the successful bidder. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Late supply penalties apply at Rs. 2000 per day. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0, with the original bid security submitted physically at the State Life office in Gujrat before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
