Procurement of Split Type DC Inverter Air Conditioners 02 Ton and 1.5 Ton

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office invites bids for the procurement of Split Type DC Inverter Air Conditioners in Multan, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply high quality air conditioning units to meet operational needs. Items being procured: - Split Type DC Inverter Air Conditioner 02 Ton, Quantity: 6 units - Split Type DC Inverter Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton, Quantity: 8 units The technical specifications for the 2 Ton units include inverter technology, wall mounted split type, rated capacity of 2 Ton, maximum cooling capacity of 25000 BTU/hr, rotary compressor, and refrigerants R22/R410/R32. The 1.5 Ton units are also DC inverter type with similar quality standards. Warranty offered is 5 years on compressor and 1 year on parts. Delivery and installation are required within 30 days at SNGPL Stores, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and provide sales references for the quoted brand over the last 5 years. Bid security must be submitted as per the tender requirements. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and accompanied by a hard copy of the bid security before the closing date.
