Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad invites sealed bids from firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the procurement of stationery and computer stationery items during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured:
- Stationery Items
- Computer Stationery Items
Tender documents including the list of items and detailed terms and conditions can be obtained free of cost from the Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad during office hours. Bidders must provide bid security or earnest money at 5% of the bid value in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of DDO Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad. Interested and eligible firms must submit their applications online via PPRA's e-PADS Portal at https://epads.ppra.org.pk by 02 November 2026 at 11:30 AM or within 15 days of the advertisement's publication on PPRA's website, whichever is later. The Collectorate reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules-2004.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submission through the specified online portal to avoid disqualification.
