Suppliers must ensure quality materials conforming to specifications and timely delivery as per contract terms. Bidders should be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A valid PEC registration is not mandatory for this category. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid. The tender documents can be obtained from the SPPRA office during working hours. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and delivered to the Procurement Section, Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Karachi by the closing date. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bid will be opened on the closing date at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.
