Pre-Qualification of Firms/Dealerships/Workshops for Repair & Maintenance of Machinery, Furniture, Hardware & IT Equipment

The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad, invites interested firms, dealerships, and workshops to pre-qualify for the repair and maintenance of machinery, furniture, hardware, and IT equipment. This pre-qualification is intended to establish Framework Agreement(s) for recurrent repair and maintenance services as and when required by the department. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services of machinery equipment - Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures - Repair and maintenance of hardware items - Repair and maintenance of IT equipment The scope requires applicants to demonstrate relevant experience and capability in these repair and maintenance services. Applicants must have qualified technical personnel, machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment, and other necessary facilities. Adequate workshop and inspection space must be available for the services. Genuine or quality-assured parts and consumables must be accessible, subject to verification by the Procuring Agency. Applicants must possess valid NTN and STRN/GST registration and submit an affidavit declaring no blacklisting or debarment by any Federal or Provincial Government department or public sector organization. The pre-qualified service provider must maintain an emergency response arrangement to address urgent repair requirements, including outside normal working hours. Defective workmanship or replaced parts failing during the warranty period must be rectified or replaced without additional cost. Applications must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 by 12:00 p.m. on 28.09.2026. The opening of applications will occur the same day at 12:30 p.m. at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad. A bid security/earnest money of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad, must accompany the application. This notice is published through the prescribed PPRA/EPADS mechanism and also placed on the FBR website and newspapers in English and Urdu.
