Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery & General Items

The Defence Industrial Production and Regulatory Authority, Directorate General Munitions Production, located at Adamjee Road, Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from reputed and well-established registered firms or suppliers for the procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, and General Items. These suppliers must be registered with any Defence Organization and the Sales Tax Department, possess a national Tax Number, and have their own registered offices. The procurement is on a rate running contract basis for one year, valid up to 30 June 2027. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - General Store Items Tenderers must submit separate sealed tenders for each category of items. The bids should be submitted in the CR Section of DGMP's Office Rawalpindi by 12 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Tender documents and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs.1000 (non-refundable) during any working day up to 30 October 2026. Bidders must furnish a Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft of Rs.50,000 as Earnest Money in favor of DGMP. This earnest money is refundable to unsuccessful bidders and will be retained by DGMP until the delivery of all ordered goods/items and completion of the contract. Any bid not accompanied by earnest money will be rejected without appeal. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the tender quantity and to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids with all required documents and earnest money to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and compliance with all terms will ensure consideration.
