Procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items by Corporate Tax Office Lahore

The Corporate Tax Office (CTO), Lahore under the Federal Board of Revenue invites experienced and reputable firms to submit electronic bids for the procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery items. This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using the single stage one envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004. The bidding firms must be registered with tax and other relevant authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of Income Tax and Sales Tax issued by the Federal Board of Revenue. They must also be regular Sales Tax return filers. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Computer Stationery items The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and FBR's official website www.fbr.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted electronically only through EPADS; manual submissions are not allowed. Bids must be submitted by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Corporate Tax Office, Lahore. All bidders must register themselves on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Tender submissions must be accompanied by a Bank Draft or Pay Order as earnest money/bid security in favor of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Corporate Tax Office, Lahore. The bid security is refundable and must be submitted in hard copy before bid opening in a sealed envelope. Bidders may participate in whole or part (lot-wise) with rates quoted separately for each item or article. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable government duties and taxes in Pakistani Rupees, including transportation and travel charges. The quoted rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027. Income Tax and Sales Tax (if applicable) will be deducted as per law. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
