Tender Description

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from reputable firms and contractors registered with relevant government authorities for providing repair and maintenance services on an as-and-when-required basis during the Financial Year 2026-2027 in Islamabad. This procurement follows the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance of Transport Vehicles - Repair & Maintenance of Machinery - Repair & Maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures - Repair & Maintenance of Office Buildings - Repair of Transport - Repair & Maintenance of Computer Hardware - Repair & Maintenance of IT Equipment - Electrical Repairs - Plumbing & Sanitary Repairs - Civil Repair Works - Painting and Minor Renovation Works - Any Other Repair & Maintenance Works assigned by the Ministry The scope covers a wide range of repair and maintenance works including vehicles, machinery, furniture, office buildings, IT and computer hardware, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and painting. Bidders must be registered with FBR, on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), have at least five years of relevant experience, and not be blacklisted by any government organization. Bid security amounts vary by category, ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 320,000, payable via Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of DDO Ministry of Maritime Affairs. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS V 2.0 before 28-09-2026 at 10:30 am. Hard copies will not be accepted. The contract period is one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion of work and upon submission of invoice and certification by the concerned officer. The Ministry reserves the right to award contracts for one or more categories, adjust quantities, issue work orders as required, or cancel the procurement process as per PPRA Rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including company profile, NTN certificate, sales tax registration, experience records, technical personnel details, financial capacity evidence, CNIC copies, affidavits, and PPRA & AGPR registrations are complete and properly signed to avoid disqualification during evaluation. Submit bids timely and carefully follow the online submission procedure to avoid rejection.
