Procurement of Stationery Items for Controller of Examinations

Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of stationery items specifically for the Controller of Examinations office. This procurement is open to well-established and reputed firms or suppliers registered with Sale Tax, Income Tax, and KPRA departments where applicable. Items being procured: - Stationery Items for Controller of Examinations The bidding documents can be downloaded from the official websites www.awkum.edu.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk, and bids must be submitted on the kp.eprocure.gov.pk portal (EPADS). Tender documents must be accompanied by a Demand Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 2000/- as a non-refundable tender document fee in favor of the Treasurer AWKUM, along with the technical bid. Earnest Money is required at 2% of the total cost for each job in the form of a CDR in favor of the Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. Bidders must submit separate bids for each job through EPAD. All tender applications must be submitted via EPAD by the firms. The Demand Draft/Pay Order for the tender fee and the 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted physically to the Procurement Office. Scanned copies of the 2% CDR must also be uploaded on EPAD along with the financial bid. The affidavit regarding the 2% CDR attached with the financial bid must be attached with the technical bid. The deadline for bid submission is 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The procurement office is located at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
